You apply for the team, not for the job
Endocode is a great workplace, and that is mostly for the team that makes up the company. Because of that, we look carefully at how well a candidate fits into our team, and value this aspect more than specific technical experience. There will be two interviews, a first one with one or two potential coworkers, and a second one where you will “meet the team”. Both groups together decide whether or not to invite you to join us.
Experience is a journey
“The only source of knowledge is experience.”, said Albert Einstein. We all start somewhere. This is why Endocode attempts to integrate individuals with different experience levels. All our positions allow a progression from journeyman to master. When you apply, we will work with you to find the right start between trainee, engineers and senior positions.
Our trainee program is open to everybody and comes with no formal requirements. All we are looking for is an eagerness to learn and a good fit into our team. Career changers and self-educators are welcome. If you always wanted to work in IT, think about applying.
